THE PROCESS
Inspiration
We reminisce about travel experiences and draw up mood boards and rough sketches. At this stage, we discuss many ideas and sketch out our thoughts. We shortlist our favourite concepts and move onto the finer details of the design.
Designing
The idea behind every Faaya collection is to add purpose and style to the modern home. We ensure that each design expresses a story that translates well across the entire product line, be it a curved bowl or a flat tray. We spend a lot of time and effort in visualising this and understanding how the finished item will look and function.
Crafting
On completion of the design, we hand over the production to our local artisans. Once they receive the measurements and other finer details, they take over the process. They expertly handcraft each product using their decades-old experience.
Gifting
The finished item undergoes multifold quality checks and is then carefully packed in protective packaging. It is then shipped to our warehouse and is ready to be gifted.
